Battery Compartment
The two main batteries are at the left, and the RAM backup battery is under the blue
cover.
If the main batteries become exhausted, the calculator will not run until you replace them. The backup battery keeps the memory intact. The backup battery can be replaced without losing programs or data stored in RAM memory. The RESET button is just to the right of the battery compartment. |

Executing the following System Commands requires that the specified key combination be held down for 3 seconds together with the RESET key, and then for another 3 seconds after the RESET key is released. |
